Good info. http://www.transformyourhealth.com/webnewsletters/julyaug06/nl0806capracolostrum.htm

I like the Mt. Capra Goat Colostrum and plan to start using it again as soon as I'm finished with my bowel treatment. I wish I could find more information on colostrum, but since it is considered a food (a really good food, too!) I'm guessing there aren't a lot of "don'ts" with this product. I could probably use it now, but I'd rather wait until I'm done with what I'm doing now and start with a clean slate.

If anyone finds good information on bovine or goat colostrum, I'd appreciate a link or something. I prefer to use goat, but bovine has mostly good reviews, too.

Wish I could find information at WAPF about using this as a supplement/immune builder. They have very little info that I could locate. Dern it. They are usually my go-to people.
